Introduction
Sola Evangelical Ministries is a Christian Non-Profit Organization which follows in the Wesleyan Arminian tradition. The teaching emphasizes the holiness of God and the call for believers to be holy just as our God is holy (1 Peter 1:13-16).
As a result, while we do not affirm the cessation or the prohibition on the practice of spiritual gifts (1 Thessalonians 5:19-23), the core emphasis of our teachings revolves around being built up, in the measure and stature of the Son of God Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:10-16 | Philippians 3:13-21).
Doctrinal Statements
1. Trinity
We believe in 1 God, 3 Persons, Co-Equal, Co-Eternal, each possessing the fullness of the divine nature, differing in personality, and function as it pertains to salvation:
- The Father: Draws men (John 6:44).
- The Son: Saves them (John 17:1-2).
- The Spirit: Sanctifies (1 Peter 1:2 | Romans 15:16).
"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." — Matthew 28:19
2. God the Father
The Father is:
- Father of All (Ephesians 4:6).
- The source of every good gift (James 1:17).
- The Eternal King (1 Timothy 6:15-16).
3. Deity of Jesus
Jesus is the radiance of the Father’s glory and the exact representation of His nature (Hebrews 1:3). Jesus is:
- Rightly called "God over all" (Romans 9:5).
- The Alpha and Omega (Revelation 22:12-13).
- Worshiped by all creation (Revelation 5:11-14).
4. The Deity and Personality of the Spirit
The Holy Spirit is:
- Present at Creation (Genesis 1:2).
- Co-creator (Job 33:4).
- Knows the thoughts of God (1 Corinthians 2:11).
- Gives spiritual gifts as He wills (1 Corinthians 12:11).
The Gospel Message
Received, Preserved, and Passed On

Repentance and Forgiveness of Sins
"So it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, that Repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem." — Luke 24:47
The Everlasting Gospel
"And I saw another angel flying in midheaven with an eternal gospel to preach to those who live on the earth, and to every nation, tribe, language, and people; 7 and he said with a loud voice, Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come." — Revelation 14:6-7
The Five Solas
- Sola Scriptura: Scripture alone is the only infallible rule of faith (2 Timothy 3:16).
- Solus Christus: Salvation is through Christ alone (Acts 4:12).
- Sola Fide: Justification is by faith alone (Romans 3:28-30).
- Sola Gratia: Salvation is a free gift of grace (Ephesians 2:8-10).
- Soli Deo Gloria: All glory belongs to God (Philippians 3:4-11).
